PCO's Tri-Valley Craft Cocktail Competition Supporting Music in Tri-Valley Schools
Pacific Chamber Orchestra (PCO) is delighted to present the 2nd annual Tri-Valley Craft Cocktail Competition, a fundraising event benefiting PCO’s in-school music education programs and main concerts taking place Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, from 4:00-6:30 pm on the green plaza in front of the Bankhead Theater in downtown Livermore.
You are invited to participate in the Tri-Valley Craft Cocktail Competition as an event sponsor. We have created an enticing menu of sponsor opportunities offering extensive publicity for your company both pre-event and at the event, along with other sponsor perks, as detailed on the attached chart.
The event will feature 18+ bartenders serving up luscious libations and vying for cash prizes, trophies, and bragging rights. Last year was a sell out! We are anticipating 400 for this year. Attendees will nosh on tasty nibbles from local restaurants while sampling cocktails. To get a feel for the super fun, feel-good party vibe that we anticipate, check out this video from last year.
We will acknowledge your sponsorship via multiple social media platforms, PCO’s website, e-newsletters, press releases and paid ads in local publications, signage at area businesses, and more.
Your sponsorship will help support music education during a time when schools are facing severe cutbacks in funding for the arts. PCO believes passionately that classical music profoundly enriches child development, brings people together in community, and celebrates the best of humanity.
Proceeds will support Pacific Chamber Orchestra’s main concerts and in-school music education programs. Our “Discover Music” elementary school assemblies teach the fundamentals of music, introducing classical music to over 4,000 Tri-Valley elementary school children each year. Our clinics offer professional ensemble coaching and techniques to middle and high school music ensembles.
