Part-time Administrator
Works with and reports to the Executive Director/Music Director in all areas with current focus on:
- Marketing: manage or produce, develop, send E-blasts, social media, snail mail pieces, box office, group sales, manage CRM data base and marketing plans;
- Operations: develop and maintain organizational timelines and calendars;
- Friends of PCO: works with and supports PCO’s volunteer organization, delegating specific tasks as appropriate in events and operations;
- Education: coordinating/booking assemblies.
Excellent computer skills with ability to do basic designs: PCO uses MailChimp, VBO box office, Google Docs, Excel, WordPress (for editing / updating websites, posting blogs and creating new pages), Adobe, Facebook, Instagram, OurCatHerder board portal management software. Other programs under consideration are Boomerang donor management software, project management software, etc.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills for marketing e-blasts, press releases, customer and patron relations,
Efficient with proven ability to step in and coordinate/manage diverse projects with strong attention to detail.
Average 6-10 hours per week with growth potential at $20 – S25 per hour. Work from home, flexible hours, occasional meetings as needed.
