New CHEF challenge match for June!
Having exceeded the May 75k goal the Community Health and Education Foundation (CHEF) is so taken by your commitment to PCO and in the needs of PCO to serve the community that they have added a 60k June challenge!
Now, as we raise up to 40k more CHEF will add in up to 20k more to reach 60k. May and June together can bring PCO to a total goal of 135k!

Only donations made to CHEF and designated to PCO qualify to be matched. CHEF is a 501c3 non-profit organization (EIN 82-1408737). All charitable contributions are tax-deductible. Please look for CHEF’s receipt of your donation for you tax giving records. PCO and CHEF thank you!
Classical music changes lives! Your support enables PCO to:
- Retain the Bay Area’s finest professional musicians to enrich our local community with their exceptional artistry,
- Feature internationally acclaimed soloists,
- Deliver exciting programming, from the greatest classical gems to Pops, from Handel’s Messiah to premiering new works by esteemed living composers,
- Introduce annually 7,000 children to the enchanting world of classical music through our “Discover Music Now” educational in-school assemblies,
- Give clinics and masterclasses to budding middle and high school music students,
- Invite the next generation of composers from across the nation to our community so that we may be the first to enjoy new works expressing hopes, dreams and aspirations,
- Develop new initiatives and expand current programs to reach new audiences.
