Pacific Chamber Orchestra brings Broadway to Livermore in a musically exhilarating semi-staged full musical production starring Nicole King and the full Broadway South Bay cast.
The Story/ The Show: Inspired by the beloved 1997 animated film and expanded into a full Broadway musical in 2017 (earning multiple Tony and Drama Desk nominations), Anastasia tells the fictionalized story of a young amnesiac woman who comes to believe she is the lost Russian princess, Anastasia Romanov. Her journey to uncover her identity becomes a quest of love, resilience, and belonging. For our semi-staged version, you will delight in:
- Orchestra on stage with cast! In this unique production, the orchestra performs on stage with the entire Broadway South Bay cast—filling the theater with glorious sound while sharing the spotlight with singers, actors and dancers.
- Visual storytelling: Includes movement, choreography, dramatic lighting, and immersive back projections that transport audiences from post‑WWI Russia to 1920s Paris.

- Local professional star power: Featuring rising star Nicole King, a Livermore native, in the lead role of Anya/Anastasia. Nicole’s performances have lit up stages across the Bay Area, from The Little Mermaid to Shrek. This hometown return is not to be missed.

About Broadway South Bay
Founded by Ken Christopher (President) and Livermore native Nicole King (Production Producer), Broadway South Bay (BSB) is dedicated to bringing professional-caliber musical theater to the South Bay with a focus on powerful stories and exceptional talent. Anastasia is their second full production, continuing their mission to make Broadway-style musicals accessible to local audiences. BSB’s full production will take place at the Hammer Theater running from Sept. 26 – Oct. 5.
